3-Day intensive mindful leadership training for individuals or corporations. Join Move Mountains and Crested Butte Outdoors owner, Susan Purvis for a kick ass adventure leadership experience led by executive coaches Chris Hardwick & Charlie White and adventure legend Dave Nettle.
The Agenda: Rock climb, then backpack the Tahoe Skyline Traverse. Gain insight and motivation from the collective wisdom of the team. Reach a breaking point and rising up. Increase your failure threshold and discover you are capable of so much more. Practice regular accurate reflection generating self and situational awareness. Learn the tools to reflect on lessons learned from failure, broken moments, relationships, imperfection, family, vulnerability.
– For climbing, all skill levels welcome. Requires moderate fitness level.
